Cynthia Bailey‘s relationship with Peter Thomas is all but kaput. And “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” couple has already put their Glenwood Park townhome up for sale.
Bailey recently said she plans to divorce her husband of seven years. The 10-year-old, three-story townhome is available for an asking price of $699,000. It’s 4,500 square feet with four bedrooms. The listing came up on Zillow July 14.
The descriptive notes some of the home’s bonafides:
Smoke grey hardwood floors, a chef’s kitchen with KitchenAid appliances, 2 outdoor terraces and a main floor rear deck, great for entertaining are but a few of the outstanding features
She purchased the home in 2007 for $597,000 just before the market began to sink. Although the townhome is on the pricier side of properties in Ormewood Park, Zillow deems the market “very hot” given tight supply and strong demand.
Many a “Real Housewives” scene was shot at this property. For instance, there was a time two years ago when Bailey burned her “friend contract” with NeNe Leakes in the kitchen. I originally had the video here but it “autoplays” and I hate that as much as you do. Here’s the link.
Bailey on Instagram recently posted a shot of a lake with the hashtag #LakeBailey. So she presumably has a place up north a bit:
She will be on Food Network’s “Cupcake Wars” tonight with Leakes. They two have since reconciled after a falling out season seven.
